Where & When?
SK, Moravský Svätý Ján, Outdoor School Piesocna, 17.-19.04.2015
What?
„Think global, act local“ or „Find out how to stand up for your interests and spread your knowledge!“ was the motto of this Training Weekend.
At this training course, participants from Slovakia and Austria got new skills and tools to set up their own workshop on issues surrounding the environment and sustainability. We learned new methods to use in workshops, we got a training on rhetorics and presenting ourselves in front of groups and actually developed plans for workshop actions, like the Mala Fatra Weekend. A local expert from the NGO Daphne led us through the Morava floodplains and we got to know the place where the three borders of Slovakia, Austria and the Czech Republic meet.
